Mr. Shukla is a pharmaceutical executive who is highly focused on delivering results, backed by extensive expertise in the development and commercialization of generics and 505b2 products. He has a proven track record of successfully establishing and expanding organizations and teams, both from the ground up and within established Fortune 500 companies. His wide-ranging experience covers all phases of the pharmaceutical development cycle, encompassing concept ideation, development, and eventual commercialization.

His core technical competencies and areas of expertise encompass Research and Development, Process Enhancement, Process Validation, Scale-up and Launch, Partner Relationship Cultivation, Clinical Trials, Intellectual Property Management, Competitive Intelligence, as well as managing relationships with CMOs, CDMOs, and CROs, and Facility Design.

In addition, Mr. Shukla possesses a wealth of business operations and management competencies, including Organizational Development, Project Management, Portfolio Selection, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Team Leadership, Budgetary Oversight and Financial Management, Business Development, Fundraising, and Board and Investor Relations. Mr. Shukla has held various technical positions in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies such as Andrx (now Teva), Fibrogen, Sandoz (a Novartis Company), and Nivagen Pharmaceuticals.

His educational background includes a master’s degree in industrial pharmacy from Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY, and an MBA from the John Sperling School of Business.
